Yep, I've got all kinds of training events happening throughout 2024. Some of my most popular events, including Speaker 2.0 retreat and Author Academy retreat, as well as new events for small business owners (with Kochie) and some new programmes, like my 12 month book leveraging programme. Small Business Sales and Marketing Retreat - SYDNEY

I'm doing a retreat with the one and only Kochie and a team of other small business experts. This is the "Kochie's Small Business Success Retreat". It's going to be held in Manly, 14th - 16th February. There's a pile of information on the site, and a great value early bird special. This programme is based on my latest book, "Someone has to be the most expensive, why not make it you?".The “Charge what you are worth” programme is applicable to all businesses, regardless of what you sell and who you sell it to. It shows how to be more valuable to your customers, how to communicate your worth and unique offer, the philosophy we need to adopt to change our way of thinking about what we charge, the process to increase your prices and much more.

This is my signature speaker skills event, which I’ve run everywhere from the UK to Bali. Now I run these in Hobart. This is a really good retreat for anyone who wants to develop their speaker skills and take them to the next level. It’s relevant to speakers of all skill levels, providing a pile of hands on resources, models and frameworks for the aspiring speakers. A very practical 4 days.

This is a group book writing and publishing programme. I work with you via live webinars and 1:1 coaching, and there is also a complete and comprehensive online learning programme that supports the book writing process. How deep you want to dive is up to you, but my job is to help ensure you have all of the support and information to write and publish a world class book.

This is my 4 day book writing programme that is my signature event for new authors. It’s a deep dive look at the book writing and publishing process.
